Help to make a website on WordPress

I don’t know anything about websites or how to make one. It’s like trying to learn a whole new language. Plug-ins, this and that. Is there some where I can learn this very quickly and in easy terms?

I was hoping to start my online business already, but have no clue how to get my website up and started (the way I would like it to look).

I already have a domain and web hosting plan, just need to figure out how to make the website and get the business going.
