Complex WordPress Install Question

  • Here’s my issue, I created a wordpress blog for an ecommerce web site that is running on windows. I want to use a subdomain for the blog without affecting the ecommerce site. What’s the best way to do this?

  • You can do it several ways.

    First you could spin up a new site within IIS.

    or

    You spin up a new web sever (or outside hosting company) and point the DNS for your sub domain to the new server (or hosting company).
