getting permalink from a contact form?

Hello there!!! First time posting (looooong time) stalker ??

So I’m basically trying to track where the user is coming from my blog via email.

I installed this lightbox https://www.alphachannelgroup.com/wp/lightbox_thickbox_contact_form.html

and it works great, but the permalink for the post being viewed is not being tracked.

Help?
