WordPress functions NOT responding, please help

  • The Upload/Insert buttons are not responding at all. When I click upload image or media, or video or audio icons, WordPress simply does nothing at all.

    Things I’ve tried:
    (1) Went to my server, located the uploads folder, chnaged permissions to “777”, logged out of WordPress, back in, and it still does not work. Changed my permissions back to 755.
    (2) UPdated my theme. Still does’nt work.
    (3) Updated to WordPress 3.2.1, still doesn’t work.
    (4) Tried using the latest Firefox, Safari, and Chrome browsers, still doesn’t work.

    Plugins I have installed are:
    Disqus
    Google Maps Embed
    Google XML Sitemaps
    Profile Pic
    SEO Ultimate

    Please help!

    Update…

    I updated Disqus plugin, then I went to test uploading, now it works again.

    Uploading the Disqus plugin worked. I decided to update my plugins one by one- starting with Disqus first. All is well now.
