WP is slow with GoDaddy

    I’m hosting my WordPress blog with GoDaddy, and it is ridiculously slow most of the time. It takes 10-15 seconds most times to load even one page, and that includes just loading the dashboard. Is there anything that can be done, or am I just better of switching hosts? And if I do, what is a painless way to transfer everything? My website is here:
