3.1.4 min requirements check

    Hi Folks

    I am working with a site that is currently using 3.0.4. I would like to update them mainly for security purposes, but their webhost package is using PHP 4.49 and MySQL 4.1.22.

    Looking the the release archive it SEEMS that I can download and install 3.1.4 based on this, though the archive pages don’t say for definite per release.

    2.5 is the most recent package previous to 3.2.1 that defines requirements, so do the 2.5 requirements hold for all releases up to 3.2? Will 3.1.4 work with the current SQL and PHP versions I have?
