Issues with running XAMPP and IIS side-by-side on Windows machines?

  • I′d like to run two WP installations under Xampp and IIS7 on the same PC (Windows Vista)
    – IIS7 and WP runs on localhost (wp installation under inetpub/wwwroot)
    – Apache runs on localhost:8080 (wp folder under xampp/htdocs)
    is there a specific documentation for this setup ?
