I deleted and changed Page Names… but, they have NOT changed on the site?

  • using latest WP and Liliya 3.0 by NewWpThemes.com

    I’m a real novice here ??

    learning how to set up a theme, I began adding pages…
    then, finally figured out how I wanted them set up.

    I deleted all of the pages I’d published initially and
    started over…

    However, the new pages/menu is not showing up. ??

    I will really appreciate help in fixing this issue.

  • Try to modify the menu names in “Appearance > menu”. The menu should then be changed accordingly.

    I am no expert but I did do something similar…..

    Have you made a new menu from the new pages? Have you then enabled that menu…. You do have to make new menus if you delete the pages that the original menu was showing.

    That is what I had to do and the only problem I have left is it keeps offering 2 home pages to choose in the menu making bit – but it all works now and everything I want to show shows…

    I inadvertantly deleted content from one of my pages while making some revisions. It seems that I have seen in the past a way to go back to a previous version of a page but now I no longer see that option on my page. Is there any way to select a previous version of my page and reinstate it?

    Look at the bottom of the post or page admin page for revisions

    But better still write your posts in a text editor and save a copy then it is easy to make another page or post from it.
