• I’m trying out lite on one site in anticipation of upgrading to the full version for all my customers. The problem I’m running into is that the Add to Cart button displays as all white and only has the green background, white lettered Add to Cart when rolled over. I am using the arras theme on this site and I suspect it is a CSS error and/or fix somewhere. Any suggestions?

  • I have the exact same problem greghile – has this been resolved for you?

I also appears on Checkout etc.

No, it has not been resolved.

    same problem here too

I tried custom buttons individually and as a set with a new path defined, and that didn’t fix the issue either.

It’s drawing the add to cart button with a white background and white font color, so it seems like an empty button. It also does it on the “continue shopping” button.

You can probably use custom css field to change the color of the font pretty easily and at least have a white button with black text. But I am unsure how to get it to fill the button in properly.

I’m still searching for an answer, too. I did notice that the problem does not crop up when using the basic 2011 theme; only when I used the arras theme I am using for this site, which at least gives me a hint as to where to look for the problem.

I did contact cart66 to try to resolve this. I have a number of sites that I am developing ecommerce pages for and am interested in upgrading to a developer’s version of the full plug-in but am reluctant to if I cannot resolve this one problem. Even though they do show up from time to time supporting cart66 lite issues here, they refused to help me unless I purchased the full version. If I am not satisfied then I can ask for a refund. That did not go over very well with me.
