Another problem is that when I click on “leave a response” I get an ERROR 404 – Not Found

Please help this is a site for a NGO

Hi, you can do this by removing the author avatar part of the template from the blog in blog template options.

I’m not seeing any posts with a leave a response section… send me a link with the affected info and I will try to have a look.

Hi TIm, I am trying to get rid of the avatar of the author too. What is the filename where I should get rid of the author avatar part? is it the options.php? I am not sure what file you are referring to when you say “the avatar part of the template from the blog in blog template options”. Can you give more detail instructions? And is it one line or multiple lines that one has to remove?

    thanks

    Hi,
I just figure this out not sure if you guys have yet.
Go to Settings > Blog in Blog > Template Tab

look for this line of code
    <div style=”float:left; margin:7px”> %post_author_avatar% </div>
    and remove it.

This will remove the picture next to the post

I had the same issue and was ready to pull out my hair

here’s where I finally found the solution:

    In WordPress Dashboard

    Settings > Blog-in-Blog > Template > under <div class=post-headline”> remove the avatar information
