Download help

I can not get it to download from there.

What problem(s) are you having? When you click either the .zip or .tar.gz links, what happens?

What browser are you using? Are you behind a firewall?

I am using IE (I know I know don’t use IE use firefox) it just will not download. I can download everything else from other sites and things but not wordpress.

I downloaded 1.5.1.3 .zip file, but when I doubled-clicked to open (or unzip) the file I got an error message saying the file was corrupted or wrong file type. My browser is IE6, my OS is Win XP. I deleted the file and downloaded it again, but I get the same error message when I try to open it. ?? I don’t have any trouble downloading or unzipping other files. Just the 1.5.1.3 zip file here. (I can’t download the .tar version here because I don’t have a program to decompress it.)

I’d prefer to download from the official site….and I should be able to! Could someone please get that .zip file fixed? Thanks!

There’s nothing wrong with the zip file. I’ve just tested the download and the file extracts fine. It appears to be an IE bug. Try right clicking on the link and choosing “Save as”.

I can open both the .zip and .tar files using IE 6 and Firefox on WinXP. I can use the default WinXP extractor on the .zip and WinRAR 3 opens both the .zip and .tar.

For those people who can’t download from www.remarpro.com have you tried supermegazord.com? Can you successfully open the download from that server?

I tried the right-click, save-target-as, option and was able to open & unzip the 1.5.1.3 .zip file (downloaded from this site) with no problem. Thanks for the help! ??
