Once I set up my blog and come back the next day all changes are gone!!

This has been going on for two months and as hard a I try the problem comes back.

I usually lose all changes when I try to log in and get the screen that says wp needs updating. So I update and all my changes are gone and I have to start over.

Worked most of today setting up a blog again and came back an hour later to find all changes gone!

I save and or update every time….so what the hell am I doing wrong!?

I want to SCREAM!! But I do not want to give up….HELP
