Not working for third level of category

  • I have the following categories – all of which have posts in…

    Country
    – USA
    – – Texas

    Sport
    – Racket Sports
    – – Tennis

    But the third levels of category i.e. Texas and Tennis are not showing up in the dropdowns. It’s only showing the 1st and 2nd levels.

    Is there any way of solving this?
