[Plugin: Gravity Forms Salesforce Add-o] Error sending all forms into Salesforce

    The plugin is sending all of my forms into Salesforce, not just the ones that have the SF Add-on enabled. Seems like a bug. I noticed this with Ver. 1.0 as well.
