how to load a certain tab automatically

I have a website which has 19 tabs along the top. Each tab represents a week of the football season. I would like to have it so that when the viewer goes to the website it automatically loads on the current week, as opposed to the first tab. I know that I would manually have to change it each week, but that is not hard. The problem is I do not know how to do it in the first place. Any help?
