Error message in CDN settings

Hi. I’ve been working out kinks with getting my name servers updated through GoogleApps to direct toward Hostgator and CloudFlare. CloudFlare is plugged in to my domain site, creeds are all in place in CDN settings. When I test the S3 upload, I get the following error message: Unable to resolve domain: .s3.amazonaws.com. In the meantime, all the WordPress theme stuff has been stripped from my site.

Domain is bheretoday.com.

What do I need to do, please?
