no access to control panel

I can’t access to the control panel of my blog, the error message is : Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_network_admin() in /homez.383/tbeausse/www/wp-admin/includes/template.php on line 2101

Even if I’m delete the file ;entionned in that message, the problem is still there.

Can anyone help, please ?
