problem with category menus

  • hi, i have a site https://exclusiveaupairs.co.uk/ the menu buttons should take you to the category view of posts within that cat, the cat menus are the ones on the site called
    Au Pairs
    branches
    FAQ
    Our Service
    Uncategorized
    Where Do Our Au Pairs Come From?

    when you click on one it displays the url ie https://exclusiveaupairs.co.uk/our-service/

    but it just keeps on the homepage and dosent actually take you to that category, it just remains on the homepage, any help would be appreciated
