Bug (?) with timestamps on posts and uploads

have noticed a timestamp bug: my post timestamps (existing and new) and all media imports now show timestamps like this:

Date de mise en ligne : 2011-08-16T11:05:57-04:000000005731201108

anybody knows how this occurs, and how to fix it?
