You’re going to need to change an option in your database. Unfortunately, this isn’t a terribly easy thing to do if you’re new to self hosting.

Basically, you need to get into your wordpress database, and get to your wp_options table. You need to find the “blog_home” and “site_url” fields, and change them both to “https://sugarandtrash.com/”.
