Accessibility to guests/non-logged in users

I love price-calc, and it’s perfect for my needs except for the issue with email which I think is server-related. However, I have run into a major issue (possibly related to caching, I’m working on tracking it down right now) with the forms not being usable by users who are not logged in. Has anyone else seen this, and if so have a fix? Or am I on the right track thinking it’s a caching issue. Thanks!
