WP Photo Album Plus stopped working

Cannot upload photos, cannot create albums, and cannot delete albums.
I tried to rename an album and upload photos to the renamed album.
Then I was unable to delete the album so deleted the photos in the old album. Still could not delete any albums.
Deleted the plugin and reinstalled. Still nothing worked.I want to use WP Photo Album Plus on the website I am developing.
