Brown field disappear upon updating Attachment 1.5.5

Thank you for the contact form 7. It’s a great contribution to the WP community.

I want to report a bug. Not sure what has caused by but when I updated the a Attachment plugin to 1.5.5. the “Copy this code and paste it into your post, page or text widget content.” in Contact Form 7 goes blank.

When I disable the attachement plugin first and as soon as I did, the brown field became active again. I was not sure who to contact first but I decided to contact you first to see if this problem could be resolved.
