    any help would be great

    Just when I am loading the page it comes on top og the page.

    I get this same error on my cron job report. Each time it runs (once an hour) I get the same error listed above:

    Warning: fsockopen(): unable to connect to api.pingomatic.com:80 in /path/to/my/wordpress/wp-admin/update-links.php on line 26
