[Plugin: WP-Ecommerce] Wigets don't work on Single Product pages

Wigets don’t work on Single Product pages(everywhere else they appear perfectly). My footer widgets are missing. I have scoured the forums and have yet to find a solution. Please help.
WordPress: 3.2.1
Theme: Thematic with custom child theme
WPEC: 3.8.6
Gold Cart: 2.9.2
