Export function skips filter options page

When I select Tools > Export the page displaying the various filtering options (dates, author, etc.) loads for a split-second, but then the content immediately switches to “Choose what to export” so I can only select All Posts or Posts or Pages.

I’ve got the export.php file that came with the 3.2.1 install, though I’m not sure how long this has been occurring.
