"Auto Post Thumnail" not working with Custom Post Types

I really love this Plugin. It’s very useful and it helps to safe time. ??
But at the moment it’s not working with my Custom Post Types. It seems that there was a change from WP 3.1 to 3.2 which makes Problems!It would be so great is you could update the Plugin! ??
