Plugin that allows you to upload to specific directories via the post or page

I am looking for a plugin that would allow me to upload a file to a “specific” directory while in the post or page editor.

For example, I offer training files and there are a couple of different directories. One for sales ideas, one for booking ideas etc. I would like to be able to add a link on my page to that file and upload the file from the page or post editor all at one time.

I have looked at the media categories but it doesn’t work as I would like. I want the files to be in different upload directories on my server. So, in other words, not all lumped together in wp-content/uploads/ . I would have a wp-content/uploads/salesideas and a wp-content/uploads/booking etc.
