Comments and MySQL Council

I made a custom template because I have a site where the visitor can choose my layout. On my comments on my custom theme I am getting an error
“WordPress database error: [Table ‘x-chaos_net_-_database.wp_comments’ doesn’t exist]
SELECT * FROM wp_comments WHERE comment_post_ID = ‘3’ AND comment_approved = ‘1’ ORDER BY comment_date”

Now the database “Database” is another one of my databases but I also have another database for wordpress. I don’t know why that one is coming up. PLEAE HELP
