How to make an HTML Link & Center My Adsense Ad! Please Help!

  • Hi everyone, I need help with two things that I would appreciate getting a hand with. If you take a look at my website, https://www.eplreport.com you will be able to see the header adsense ad I placed, how can I go about centering it?

    Second, under my website’s banner I added a “Newsletter” ad, how can I go about getting an HTML link set up to it?
