IIS 6.0 and Media Uploads

  • Windows 2003 SP2
    IIS6.0
    PHP 3.6.2

    I’m getting the missing folder error on media uploads. I have IUSR with Read/Write/Modify on wp-content and all children.

    This is my server. I have complete access.
