How to insert custom banner

Hi there, the WordPress theme I am using is TodaysNews, (FThemes.com). I’m trying to add banners and adverts. How do I insert the banner? (468×60). Also how do I get it to link to the website it represents? Here’s a screenshot. Top right banner is a mock-up.
