Rate/Love Plugin

Trying to find a plugin that a user (logged in/or not) can rate/love a post. Must be able to unrate/unlove. Have tried a few plugins, but haven’t found any that let you change your rating afterwards. Any ideas?
I figure even if I can find a plugin that let’s me do it, I can set my custom heart image as I please. Thanks in advance.
