Hooking into "add audio" button

I am looking for this function/hook – “file_send_to_editor_url”
where I believe I may be able to change a link to a soundfile
for the appropriate shortcode.

I is supposed to be in wp-includes/media.php but it doesn’t
seem to be there, strange.

Any ideas on where the function lies?
