Transferring a section of my website to another website

I have a website that uses some some articles on static pages and most of the articles are in the form of posts. I am using a customized WP theme. I want to transfer some of the static pages along with advertisement code to another website, without the links to posts on my website. I am using ‘Filezilla’ to for uploading and downloading from my site. I have downloaded all the files on my site using Filezilla. But I cant explicitly locate specific pages which I want to transfer. How do I find the physical location of pages and posts on my site using filezilla or any other FTP transfer tool ? Any other suggestions for recovering pages ?
