WordPress.com to www.remarpro.com

Hi there, I’m going to be attempting a football club website through www.remarpro.com. I already have some templates bought through Elegant Themes and was keen to get started. I don’t have registration details just yet, but can I use paid themes on the WordPress.com site and how do you upgrade to www.remarpro.com and update the domain from that side? Cheers.
