[Plugin: Twitter Mentions as Comments] how does this work with facebook comments or disqus

I just installed this plugin and it seems to work as advertised with WP 3.2.1.
I would like to enable the Facebook Comments or Disqus comments to provide more robust commenting system.
I’m wondering how this plugin will interact with those plugins?
If I use those plugins, should I set this plugin to use trackbacks or pingbacks in that case?
