• Odd conflict behavior going on with half my admin menus opening, the others not, and collapse not working. Workaround is the Settings menu (clicking it opens ALL the menus, but behavior returns if I select another menu).

Have disabled plugins, etc., to no avail. Changed themes and that fixed it, except have conversed with 3.2.1 users using the same theme and I’m the only one with this issue.

    So….

Is there a hack I can do to set all the menus to open status?

Or any ideas on a fix would be appreciated. Host is Site5, and all the appropriate file versions meet or exceed 3.2x requirements. Thanks!

Any modifications to the theme in question? Particularly any snippets added to functions.php? Just a few guesses.

Try uploading a fresh copy of the latest version of that theme. Back up your current theme first of course.

Turns out to be a code syntax error in the theme’s function file, but one not critical apparently until 3.2.1 came out. Menus worked fine under 3.2, but broke under 3.2.1.

Fixed now, so no hack needed.
