Is this a whole site backup?

  • I’m unclear as to whether the plugin backs-up the whole site or just the database? Seem in the description to suggests it’s everything but stuff I’ve read about the plugin elsewhere online says it only covers the database.

    Hi kingsdarloweb,

    The plugin originally backed up just the database, which was (in our opinion) the most important part of the website as it contained the posts, pages and comments.

    As of last week, we released an updated version of the plugin, 2.0.0. As before, we backup the database, but we now also backup the WordPress filesystem which includes everything from core files to plugins, themes and uploads.

    So the stuff you’ve read is probably not yet updated as we have only just published this newer version.
