styling the title attribute of href tag?

  • In the theme we are using, “Room 34 Baseline”, the text that is in the title attribute of the href links appears below the links on the sidebar as just text. But I’m trying to figure out how I can style it with css. I’m familiar with css and I’ve styled the rest of my sidebar navigation just fine, but I can’t figure out how to change the style of my text from the title attribute.

    Anyone know how I can do that?
