Menu link not working – Clear Line theme

Hi,

I’m using the Clear Line theme, and an affiliate link which is a sub-category on my Menu Bar isn’t working. Embedded code works fine when sub-category is a stand-alone Page with no Parent category. But where I really want it to show is as a sub-category on my Menu Bar under a Parent category. I’ve been trying to solve this problem for a whole day now. How do I fix it?

My domain is thefrugalchoice.com. The parent category (in Menu Bar) is COUPONS and I want this code under sub-category COUPONS.COM. There will be other sub-categories as well but this is the first one.

Any help you can give is appreciated.
