HTML scrolling down to bottom of page issue

Hello,

I’m doing a furniture website here and when trying to add HTML to a page – whenever i scroll down to insert at the bottom of the page it pings to the centre so i cannot set the curser to the correct place to paste.

Any idea’s as to why this could be and/or how to be able to do it?
