Plugins don't show up

  • I have installed a Network Site and under the Network Admin section I have a bunch of plugins and they are Network Activated.
    But when I go to each site under Site Admin I see no plugins available. I had them before but it seemed that after I installed some more plugins they disappeared?

    Any ideas?

    Strange when I go back and deactivate all the plugins under Network Admin they all show up again under each site?

    Why is this?
