Contact plugin with file attachment

    What is the best and simplest Contact form plugin that has an file attachment option aswell?

    I have tried contact 7 but I am new to WP and couldn’t work this out.

    At present I have the ONW simple contact form, but need for people to be able to send me files.

    Hope someone can give some good advice as I am struggling to find one.
