• Hi,
    I’m using the latest version of NGG (1.8.2) & NGG Voting (1.9.0) plugins, with star rating for images (no rating for galleries). Sometime back I remember that you enabled AJAX rating for star ratings. It worked as well on my site.
    But since last few releases, it has simply stopped working anymore. It’s really annoying for users when the entire screen reloads on every star click, and obviously switches them off from rating any more images after rating just one or two.
    I’ve tried de/activating many other plugins that uses ajax, to rule out any interference from them, but in vein.
    Can you please let me know how to enable the AJAX rating once again? Or have you disabled it from your side?

    Ajax voting is still there. There is most likely a javascript error somewhere on your site.
    Is there a URL I can see?

    Woah, there’s over 20 js files included in that page! Including jQuery 1.3.2 and 1.6.1.
    But weirdly, the js that is used to ajaxify the voting isn’t anywhere on the page.
    I have no idea why it wouldn’t be there, as I can’t pick up any errors in firebug console.

    Is it possible to get me a phpinfo() page?
    Create a info.php file in your root,with the following code in it:
    <?php phpinfo(); ?>
    The run domain.com/info.php in the broswer, and save a screenie for me to see.
