No images appearing – admin console and site

  • I just added a new website with my hoster using Fantastico and encountered a problem I’ve had a few times. Images both in the admin console and the site itself aren’t displayed! In IE9 I get a red crossed icon and Firefox just shows empty space. I’m sure this is a common problem, due to some security setting. Thus I’m hoping you’ll be able to help me quickly here.

    I should maybe not that the site was added as a subdomain – and if I try to access the images through a direct URL I get an access denied (403).
