Constructor Header Dropdown Menu IE issue

I’ve read other posts about this same issue and can’t seem to find where/if it has been resolved. The dropdown menus work fine in FF but they don’t work in IE8. I’ve tried IE8 with both compatability on and off and it doesn’t work.
