[Plugin: Formidable Forms] Admin email address radio button

    First I must say that I have been trying somany forms and I found that this one is the best form I have come across

    I just wonder how can I go back to first screen settings

    Where admin email is set by default

    There are two radio buttons

    1. Admin
    2. Another radio button to enter another email address

    I entered an email address but I want to go back to select admin email radio button

    Also I have added around 10 dropdowns and I have one called option 22. How can I remove this option 22?
