host wants me to point to a new db address, don't know how

My host says they moved me to a new server or something of the sort so I can upgrade to 3.2. One of my sites upgraded smoothly. The other two are still telling me I’m not upgraded. So, my host says I definitely am, and that I need to point the databases to (address) instead of (other address) for both of my sites.

I can’t find where to do that.
