User's website in menu

I’m running WP 3.2 with the Twenty Eleven theme. I’d like to add a menu item that is a link to the currently-logged-in-user’s “website” in their own profile (in Contact Info).

Any ideas on a clean-ish way to do this?

I was thinking about using the Exec-PHP plug in and making a page that runs php to yank out the info from MySQL then do a php redirect or something. But that sounds gross.
